When is my payment due ?
When you sign your lease you pay on the remaining days left in the month and then the next months payment. All payments are due on the 1st of the month.
Do we accept credit cards?
No, at the current time we are only accepting checks and cash.
Do you require a deposit ?
No deposit is required.
Do you sell locks ?
Yes, disc locks can be purchased at the time of your unit rental for $11. The lock is new and in the case. You are the only one with a key.
What if I get locked out ?
We provide a lock removal service for $50. You will need a new lock after removal. Please do not try to remove locks on your own you will be liable for any damage caused to the unit.
Who is responsible for my items while in storage?
We are not responsible for your items while in storage. We will maintain a safe and secure property but Storewell Storage is never in the care, custody or control of your items.
Do I need insurance on my stored items ?
You should have insurance on your stored items. Please check your home owners policy and see if it covers your items. If not then we recommend you buy insurance from a specialized company that sells storage unit insurance. You are responsible to secure and insure times.
Do I have to sign a long term contract ?
No. We rent units month to month. We would like a 14 day notice of you vacating the unit.
How safe are my items?
We have a fully fenced and gated property that is well lighted at night. You are the only person with a key to your unit.
When can I visit my storage unit ?
You can currently visit your unit from 8am-6pm.
What can I put in my unit ?
Your storage unit is your own personal storage space but you cannot store explosives, inflammable liquids or highly inflammable materials, perishable items, live animals or any noxious or harmful materials.
